Brianna and Jayce couldn’t imagine celebrating their special day without their closest friends and family. Not long after getting engaged in Kalispell, Montana, these two took a trip to Jackson, Wyoming to scout out some potential wedding locations and fell in love with “The Wedding Tree” and the beauty that the location offered. The Wedding Tree allows larger groups and dogs (which was a must for these two), so it was the perfect choice for their special day.
Getting Ready at Teton Valley Resort
Brianna and Jayce started their day at TETON VALLEY RESORT in Victor, ID. This is a popular tiny house resort and is a perfect option for couples to get ready. They even have larger cabins now that can house more of your family and friends! They exchanged gifts and letters to each other (Brianna got Jayce the cutest socks with their new puppy Kalispell!) and had some quality time hanging out with their friends.

Meaningful First Look with Her Dad and Brother
Brianna not only wanted to do a first look with Jayce, but also wanted to do one with her dad and her brother. This was such an emotional moment, and Brianna surprised her dad with the cutest custom tie with a photo of the two of them on the back.

First Look with the Bride and Groom
After collecting everything they needed for their ceremony, we headed to a local campground to do a first look with Brianna and Jayce before their ceremony at The Wedding Tree. It was a precious moment and many tears were shed, and Jayce got to show off the socks Brianna got him!

Intimate Ceremony at the Wedding Tree
Brianna and Jayce had a stunning ceremony at THE WEDDING TREE. They both said personal vows and even had a beautiful moment where all of their guests passed around their wedding rings and blessed/prayed over them to have a long and happy marriage. Let’s just say everyone was in tears! The sun came out just in time for their first kiss, it was such a beautiful ceremony!

First Dances with String Music by Snake River Strings
After their ceremony, Brianna and Jayce shared a special first dance to music played by the amazing SNAKE RIVER STRINGS, a group of musicians who specialize in live music for weddings and events. It was so beautiful to watch these two dance with the Tetons in the background to such beautiful music. We highly recommend that everyone considers having live music on their wedding days! Brianna and her father also got to share a special moment dancing to their favorite song too!

Group Photos Are Important At Intimate Weddings too!
After some special dances, Brianna and Jayce took some time to take some group photos with their guests who had traveled a long way to get to the Tetons to celebrate with them! This included their adorable dog Seabee. While the light was extra glowy, we even snuck in a few portraits of the two of them, and made sure to showcase Brianna’s wildflower bouquet from TETON VALLEY GARDENS, a local florist who created her beautiful bouquet for the day.

Bridals at Mormon Row
After these two wrapped things up with their families and friends at the Wedding Tree, they sent them all off to a cocktail hour in town at STILLWEST BREWERY while we adventured down into the national park to get some photos done at the famous MORMON ROW. They shared their “first bite” of an adorable cake from Albertsons, danced around the fields of wildflowers, and soaked in some precious one on one time as husband and wife.

Why the Wedding Tree is the Perfect Place For an Intimate Wedding in Jackson, Wyoming
The Wedding Tree is one of the best options for those looking to get married in Jackson. This location allows for larger groups (although we typically wouldn’t recommend having more than 50 guests here), which does make it a great location for those who have a slightly larger guest count. It is also a very private location, as not many people know about it, and you also need a permit to secure the spot for a wedding. You can find more information here about HOW TO SECURE A TIME SLOT FOR THE WEDDING TREE, and you can reach out to us (a Jackson Hole elopement photography and videography team) to capture your special day HERE!
