Danielle and Nathanial made the trek out from West Viriginia to the Tetons to elope and spend time in one of the coolest places on Earth! A lot of our couples come from the other side of the country and make a vacation out of their trip which is so awesome. And you’ll be sure to continue coming back the rest of your life because this place grips its talons deep inside you and always keeps you wanting more. At least if you get married here you’ll always have an excuse to come back!
These two opted for no getting-ready coverage and wanted to do their first look at the antlers in Downtown Jackson. We met Nathanial outside their hotel and him and Matt drove together to the antlers to get a head start and get situated. Lauren and Danielle drove together a few minutes later and then we did the super cute first look at the antlers!

Jenny Lake
From there we all drove to Jenny Lake for some couples photos on the way to The Wedding Tree. The lake is a super popular spot for our couples and we can’t blame them at all! We also have a few good spots there that are less trafficked that we love to utilize to get away from the crowds.

Mormon Row
After Jenny Lake it was off to one more pit stop before the ceremony for a few more photos. Mormon Row is another popular spot for good reason!

Ceremony at The Wedding Tree
From Mormon Row we headed up to The Wedding Tree for the ceremony. Their officiant, Ray, met us at the tree. Danielle and Nathanial wanted a faith-based ceremony and Ray is a great option for that. We got into the ceremony which was beautiful and the lightning only continued to get better and better as the ceremony and the evening progressed!
After the ceremony we signed the marriage license to make things official before Ray hit the road.

Photos at the tree
After Ray departed we took a few more photos of Danielle and Nathanial at the tree while the lighting was sublime. The juxtaposition when the moon comes out around sunset is always so cool and it’s hard to describe how still the air is at the tree in the evening!

Final Photos
From The Wedding Tree we headed down to one last spot to take advantage of the final sunset light and the moon. After we took a few photos the two of them they facetimed their kids to tell them that they had tied the knot which was really cute!
After their facetime we said our goodbyes to the two of them and gave them some recommendations for the rest of their trip in the Tetons. Congrats to Danielle and Nathanial, may their marriage be filled with boundless adventures and laughs!
