Cole and Janelle wanted a simple elopement day where they could be fully present with each other amongst the beauty of the Tetons. They chose Mountain View Turnout for its unique views of the mountains and close proximity to other cool photo spots.
We met them at the Mountain View Turnout parking lot and they got straight into getting dressed and ready for the ceremony! They wished to do a first look going into the ceremony so once Cole finished getting dressed Matt walked him out to the ceremony spot and got him set up.
First Look and Ceremony
Once Cole was gone Janelle got into her dress and then she walked out for the first look. After an adorable first look we began the ceremony and they exchanged touching vows with each other. When we pronounced them Cole was a little nervous and accidentally kissed Janelle on the cheek instead of the lips which was pretty hilarious.
After the ceremony they took in the moment and scenery for a few minutes and then we snapped a few pictures of them before heading to another spot.
Schwabacher Landing
From Mountain View Turnout we headed to Schwabacher Landing where the lighting began to get dreamy and the air was dead still which made for a gorgeous evening and stunning photos.
Mormon Row
Our last stop was Mormon Row where the lighting only continued to get better and Cole and Janelle shared a beautiful first dance out in the field. The evenings at Mormon Row are typically way less crowded than the daytime which makes for an awesome sunset spot.
We had so much fun with these two and we couldn’t have imagined a better day for them! Congrats to Cole and Janelle, may their marriage be filled with boundless adventures and laughs!
