There’s 3 words that could be used to describe Savannah and Maxwell’s day: joy, greenery, and lighting. These two were so full of joy. The greens of the landscape were popping and complimented perfectly by their attire and flowers. The lighting was sublime. You throw all of those things together and you get some absolutely stunning wedding photos!
We met them at the Wedding Tree and got pretty much straight into the ceremony once everyone was settled. It was a gorgeous ceremony with heartfelt vows from both of them and the air was so still.

Celebration and Marriage License
After their ceremony they gave celebratory hugs to their family and friends and didn’t waste any time making things official by signing the marriage license.

Family and Group Photos
We snapped family photos with everyone that was there and a photo of the whole group before the group headed back to town.

Couples Photos at the Wedding Tree
After everyone else left we stayed with Savannah and Maxwell to get some pictures of the two of them before heading to a few other spots in the National Park.

Jenny Lake
We made our way to Jenny Lake for some more beautiful photos of the two of them. Every day of the year is stunning in the Tetons but there’s something about a cloudy day when the greens of July are popping that can be hard to beat!

A couple more spots
When we got back to the cars in the Jenny Lake parking lot we were greeted by a rainbow that decided to make a dazzling cameo which made for some awesome photos.
From there we headed to a couple more spots on the inner-park loop for more photos before saying our goodbyes as they headed back to town to spend the rest of the evening with their families. These two embraced the day and were having a blast and giggling the whole time.
We think it’s super important for couples photos to not feel super rigid and posed, so we do our best to have couples interact naturally with each other throughout the day and be their own goofy selves.
Congrats to Savannah and Maxwell, may their marriage be full of boundless adventures and laughs!
