Rainy Mountain View Turnout Elopement in Grand Teton National Park

Getting Ready at Hotel Terra

Jeff and Stacy decided they wanted an intimate elopement in Jackson Hole surrounded by their families. They decided to stay at HOTEL TERRA because they loved the amenities that are offered to elopement couples, along with its close proximity to the National Park. On the morning of their elopement at Mountain View Turnout they got ready in their hotel rooms and spent some laid back quality time with their families. Stacy got her makeup done by TRACY GARCIA, a MUA new to Jackson Hole who has been a pro makeup artist for years.

First Look with Teton Village Trail Rides

After getting ready we took Jeff and Stacy across the street for a first look at TETON VILLAGE TRAIL RIDES. They did a group ride with the outfitter the day before, and wanted the horses in the background for their first look photos. Jeff was blown away by Stacy’s dress, and they said hello to one of their favorite horses before it was time to head to their ceremony at Mountain View Turnout.

Elopement Ceremony at Mountain View Turnout

Jeff and Stacy decided on MOUNTAIN VIEW TURNOUT for their ceremony. On our way into the National Park from Hotel Terra we could see heavy rain covering the area. Right as we pulled into the parking lot the skies opened up, the rain turned to a light drizzle, and the magnificent Tetons showed themselves. The Tetons always seem to cooperate come ceremony time for elopements in the park. Jeff and Stacy exchanged their teary heart-felt vows and sealed the deal while surrounded by their families. After their ceremony we took a few bridal photos before heading to Jenny Lake for some epic lakeside bridal photos.

Champagne and Couples Photos at Jenny Lake

Jeff and Stacy made it a priority to have some 1 on 1 time after their ceremony on the shores of Jenny Lake. They cracked open a bottle of champagne and celebrated their fresh marriage. The lake was dead quiet as rain lightly sprinkled on the surface. You feel as though you’re right under the Tetons while on the shore of the lake, which makes for stunning bridal photos. They had a blast climbing over the rocks and appreciated getting some alone time before celebrating the rest of the evening with their families.

Finishing up the night at Hotel Terra

After the lakeside bridal photos we headed back to Hotel Terra and Jeff and Stacy got changed into their dinner attire. Hotel Terra offers some great LODGING PACKAGES FOR ELOPEMENT COUPLES that include dinner coverage. They chose to book one of these packages but opted to not have their ceremony at the Hotel. The packages include things like a couples massage, lodging, and a dinner reception. We said goodbye to them before they entered the dining room where their families were eagerly waiting to celebrate with them for the rest of the evening.
